She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Russell and Elsie Russell (Lane); her spouse Delmar Taylor; her grandson Zachary Thrasher; her daughter-in-law Jacque Taylor; and her siblings, Norma Watt, Clayton Russell, Roberta McMahon and Gordon Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Delmar Leon Taylor of Pace and Shirley Thrasher (Mike) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Russell Taylor (Alyssa) and Richard Taylor; her daughter Jeri Hudgens (Jason); her great grandchildren, Jordan Taylor, Sloane Hudgens, Campbell Hudgens, Maddie Taylor, Vaughn Hudgens and Aaron Taylor; and her siblings, Frank Russell and Marietta Manring. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Wanda's honor to Leukemia Society or Shiners Hospital for Children.
