He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Oliver and Mary Jane Katherine Oliver (Davis); and his sisters, Wanda Milt and Hazel Carter. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Charles Milt of Mount Vernon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hughey Funeral Home (1314 Main St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
