She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Adcock and Eva L. Adcock (Spaulding); her husband Everett Patrick; and her siblings, Arthur, Lyle, Kenneth, Richard, Wayne Adcock, Ethel Jenkins, Kathryn Jenkins and Louise King.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Seay (Bill) of Oracle, AZ, Connie Walters (Mike) of Sullivan, IL, Mike Patrick (Nancy) of Mt. Zion and Dianna Puckett (Martin) of Mt. Zion; her grandchildren, Jessica Hogan (Jim), Austin Seay, Jason Fleming (Leah), Elizabeth Bennett (Craig), Tracy Ellingson (Bart), Josh Patrick (Ivonne), Jamie Rogers, Chad Deaton (Cathy) and Martin Puckett Jr. (Angi); her great grandchildren, Grace, Stella Hogan, Beau, Elise Fleming, Ashlyn, Lily, Harlan Bennett, Emma, Abby Ellingson, Isabel Patrick, Keanna, Trinity, Chad Deaton Jr., Kaitlyn and Courtney Schak; and her great great grandchild Juniper Jean Noel McKinney.
