Judith Tuvell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Tuvell of Mount Zion, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Blickenstaff and Mary Blickenstaff (Cole); her former husband Robert Boehme; her husband Richard A. Tuvell; her daughter Bobbie Jo Shafer-Allen; and her stepson Rich Tuvell.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Roberts (Garry) of Mt. Zion; her stepchildren, Daniel Boehme (Marie) of Decatur, Anna Reynolds of Decatur and Teresa Tuvell of Decatur; her son-in-law Wayne Allen of Mt. Zion; her sister Patricia Cripe of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, Casey (Syanne), Jimmy (Khadija), Kendra and Miracle; and her great grandchildren, River, Azuri and Azrah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Calvert & Wikoff Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Mt Zion, IL 62549).
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or New Life Pregnancy.
