He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bodine and Dorothy Bodine (Ritsch); his daughter Karen Sue; his brothers, Gary and Richard; his great grandchild Addilynn; and his niece Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Conaway of Mt. Zion; his daughter Jami Martin (Jamie) of Decatur; his brothers, Jack Bodine (Laura) of Decatur and Pat Bodine (Kimm) of Decatur; his granddaughters, Kyleigh Williams (Scott) of Decatur and Mackenzie Riley (Cody) of Decatur; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Norah, Ryder and Maverick; and his nieces and nephews, Nik, Kimmie, Jodi, Jake, Jenn, Jennifer and Rodney.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be given in Mike's memory to Shriners Hospitals for Children, St. Louis, MO or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
