He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Addison, and Joy Addison, Sr. (Mayberry); his son Josh Addison; and his siblings, Bill Addison and Toni Stockton.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Morrison; his sons, Sean Blanco of Moweaqua, IL, Ramiro Estrada (Leann) of Moweaqua, IL and Zeb Addison of Moweaqua, IL; his daughter-in-law Katie Addison of Moweaqua, IL; his grandchildren, Ashton (Michelle), Donald and Alvin; his great grandchildren, Leonidas and Freya; and his siblings, Ronnie Addison (Debra) of Decatur, IL, Scott Janes (Sharon) of Dublin, VA, Tommie Dyer of Wilmington, IL, Tawnya Gipson of Kingman, IN, Pammy Sue Davis of Decatur, IL and Melody Celec (Keith) of St. James City, FL..
