She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Kathryn Lenora Smith (Pelikaan); her spouse Merlin Burdette Foiles; her daughters, Pamela and Karen Foiles; and her siblings, Nick Smith, Verna Puterbaugh, Terry Smith, Donna Vee Biggs, Kay Rombach and Gary Smith.

She is survived by: her daughter Janet; her son-in-law Robert Bick of Quincy; her son Jeff Foiles (Sandra Sheppard) of Mozier; her grandchildren, Chad Bick (Gina), Lisa Warner (Rob), Angela Calvert (Chris), Crystal Muntz (Jason), Jenna Pearse (Luke) and Cole Foiles (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Savannah Calvert, Brayden, Kylie Muntz, Barrett and Miles Pearse; and her siblings, Larry, Gene Smith, Joyce Lawson and Rita Manetta.
