He was predeceased by: his father Gary D. Terry; and his grandmother Snow. He is survived by: his mother Pat Turasky Terry of Greenville, Illinois; his son Taylor Terry of Lebanon, Missouri; his girlfriend Rebecca McDowell of Lebanon, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Shivers of Lebanon, Missouri and Amber Jones of Lebanon, Missouri; and his brothers, Michael Terry of Greenville, Illinois. and Duane Terry of Greenville, Illinois.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Carmi Baptist Children's Home and donations may be left at the funeral home.
