It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Miner of Mulkeytown, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Biggs and Sena Biggs (Rice); and her siblings, Phyllis Jean Biggs and Ken Biggs. She is survived by : her husband Charles Miner; her children, Karen Hamlet of Clarksville, TN, Kevin Miner (Angela) of Jacksonville, IL and Jeff Miner (Tiffney) of Palmyra, MI; her nephew Frank Miner (Vicki) of Zeigler; her grandchildren, Emily Berry (Ian), Katie Hamlet, Sarah Miner, Kayley Miner, Lauryn Hamlet, Wesley Miner, Hailey Miner, Meri Miner and Brice Franklin; her siblings, Cathy Franklin (Denny) of Mulkeytown, Ray Biggs (Sarah Jo) of Sesser, Gene Biggs Jr. of Christopher and Kirby (Millie); and also Rosalie Berry.
