Philip Mark Seimer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Mark Seimer of Muncie, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilber Marquis and Cynthia Hildred Seimer (Clements); his spouse Reita Jane Kirkpatrick; his son Todd Philip Seimer; and his stepdaughter Laura Payne.

He is survived by : his friend Sara Williams Laker; his son Doug Seimer (Betty); his stepsons, Dave Laker (Mary Ann) and Sam Laker (Linda); and his stepgrandson Zac Edwards. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
