She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Sr. and Eleanor. She is survived by : her husband Donald DeQuaker; her children, Steven DeQuaker (Cathie), Donna Cameron (David), Lori DeQuaker, Judith L. DeQuaker, Amy DeQuaker and Patti Dean (Michael); and her brothers, Richard Plzak Jr. and John Plzak. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
