He is survived by: his children, Karen Scharlau (Bob) and Kevin (Christine); and his great grandchild Graham.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church Wednesday (22333 W Erhart Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
