With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Ann Kubik of Mundelein, Illinois, who passed away on May 10, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Godek and Kathryn Godek (Radzik); her brother Chester; her sister-in-law Alice; her sister Gertrude; and her siblings-in-law, George Urban and Irene Godek.
She is survived by: her husband Edward A. Kubik; her daughters, Kathleen Fitzgerald (Jeffrey), Laura Duffy and Paula Belke; her brother Edwin Godek; and her grandchildren, Ellen, John, Michael, Joseph, Kandice and Ryann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and grand-nieces and nephews.
