It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Marie Blake of Mundelein, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Marlene; and her son-in-law Keith Woosley. She is survived by: her daughters, Tressa Woosley, Mandy Stebbins (Mike) and Ashley Clark; her grandchildren, Casey Woosley, Emry Stebbins and Lyla Stebbins; her siblings, James, Randall, Patrick (Kathy), Lorene (Ben Hough), Brian (Mike Capdeville) and Robert; her siblings' children, Nicholas, Jennifer and Emily; and her great-nephew Kenny.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel (101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL 60048). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to The Cancer Wellness Center.
