He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sr. Rouse and Ruth Rouse. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Rouse, Janice Wells (Jeffrey), Kent Rouse (Linda) and Brent Rouse (Joanne); his grandchildren, Michael Wells (Beth), Jason Wells (Anna), Jonathan Wells (Amanda), Seth Rouse (Cortney), Tyler Rouse (Ximena), Adam Rouse (Judith) and Abbie O'Connor (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Alyvia, Colton, Victoria, Adalynn, Russell, Bruce, Jackson, Avery, Leo, Evan, Brandon, Marshall, Grayson, Alessandra, Eleanor, Cameron, Cooper, Sophie and Elsie.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Community Protestant Church in Mundelein, IL.
