She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Torres and Enrique Torres; her daughter Rita Zapata; and her brother Jose Manuel Torres. She is survived by: her husband Javier Zapata; her daughters, Joanna Aranda and Christina Sanchez; her son-in-law Jose Santos Sanchez; her grandchildren, Brandon, Natalie, Ethan, Summer, Alyssa, Victoria, Destiny, Adrianna and Anthony; and her brother Enrique Torres. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church (1401 S Lake St, Mundelein, IL 60060).
