She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Bell and Eleanor Bell (McCabe). She is survived by : her husband Ed Slezak of Mundelein; her granddaughter Kayla; her siblings, David Bell (Terri) of Naperville and Patti Janik (Steve) of Carol Stream; and her father-in-law Frank Slezak of Libertyville. She is also survived by several sister-in-laws, brother in-laws, nieces and nephews along with numerous friends.
