She is survived by: her mother Alice Smith (Dunn) of Cutler, IL; her husband Michael Compton of Murphysboro, IL; her children, Tonya Rhodes (Nick) of Alton, IL and Trevor Smith of Murphysboro, IL; her grandson Jaxxon Rhodes; her siblings, Georgia Wilson, Michele Moon, Marie Reynolds (Greg), Clinton Smith (Georgia), Jackie Hughes, Derrick Smith (Sandy) and Dawn Wilson (Lanny); and her brother-in-law James Moon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
