She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Peter Johnson and Annabelle Miklas. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Smith; her son-in-law Todd; her grandsons, Travis Smith and Wyatt Smith (Tonya); her great grandchild Avery Danielle; her cousin Laura; and her friends, Amy and Carol.
