He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Nicole Foutch (Kyle Andrew Foutch); his wife Catherine Swoboda of Cape Girardeau; his sons, Bradly Shay Lucas and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Olivia Vincent and Cannan Vincent; and his sister Kelly Foutch-Elledge.
