We bid farewell to Faye Lee of Murphysboro, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 12, 2025 at the age of 71. Faye touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John, Jr. Herring and Mary Ellen Herring (McRaven); her husband David W. Lee; her siblings, Ron Herring, Ben Herring, Elbina Barnett (Dean) and Ina Herring; her brother-in-law Tom Vestal; and her aunt Lora Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Dava Davis (Quint), Mackenzie Hernandez, Brandon Lee (Christy) and Jeffrey Lee; her grandchildren, Landen Harris, Mallorie Harris, La Kota Davis, Braden Lee (Ashley), David Lee (Audrey Poiter), Jacob Lee, Madison Lee, Parker Johnson, Aleaha Tucker, Aurelia Hernandez, Violet Hernandez and Orion Hernandez; her great grandchildren, Emmerson Lee, Laikyn Lee, Lila Lee and Lacy Lee; her sisters, Ruth Vestal, Alberta Reiman and Kim McRoberts; and her siblings-in-law, Claude Jr. Lee (Cindy), Claudean Miller (Al) and Grace Herring. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
