He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stroud and Vernita Stroud. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stroud; his children, Michael Stroud, Stephen Stroud, Rebecca Reams (Michael), Angela Stroud and Krista Overmeyer; his great great grandchildren, Justice and Auri Stroud; his siblings, Larry, Terry, Tim Stroud (Lavina), Donna Guetersloh (Larry) and Anita Hamilton (Marvin); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Clover (Cecil). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
