He was predeceased by: his parents, William McIntosh and Juanita Lane; and his sister Sandy Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Becky McIntosh; his children, Steve McIntosh (Nichole), Tim Cochran (Melina) and Angie Schmidt (Mark); and his siblings, Steve Fligel (Barb), Mike Fligel (Justine), Kathy McIntosh, Charlotte Willis, Melvadene Pearson (Fred) and Dixie Fox (Forrest). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Harbor Church Lake of Egypt and/ or St. Francis Animal Shelter in Murphysboro.
