He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eugene and Mary Alice Biggs (Pieron); and his siblings, Mary Jean Rathjen, Barbara Morber, Leon Richard Biggs and Georgie Biggs.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Biggs (Myra); his sister-in-law Anna Biggs; and his nieces and nephews, Troy Biggs (Kristen), Tiffany Fowler (Dan), Lynn Baggott (Larry), Melvin "Butch" Morber (Lynn), Kay Reiman, Gary Morber and Cindy Deshotels.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to the Marion VA Activities Fund.
