It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Davenport of Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Pate and Anna Margaret Pate (Brewer); and her sister Sylvia Payne. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Davenport, Stephanie Davenport, Suzanne Gilchrist (Luke) and Timothy Davenport; and her sisters, Linda Holland and Karen Cahoon (Cliff). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
