He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Woodney and Winifred Woodney (Parker); and his son Todd Woodney. He is survived by: his wife Angela "Angie" Walker; his children, Steve Woodney, Mark Sauerbrunn (Vicki) and Stacey Joslin; his grandsons, Zachary Woodney, Matthew Sauerbrunn and Zach Joslin; his great grandchild Leo Joslin; and his brother Phil Woodney.

The family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Disabled Veterans.
