She was predeceased by: her father William Caplinger; her sister Ladonna Ruth Caplinger; and her brother-in-law Barry Clevenger. She is survived by: her mother Verna Caplinger (Poirot) of Murphysboro, IL; her siblings, Charles Caplinger (Anne) of Ocala, FL, William Leslie Caplinger (Dawn) of Vergennes, IL, Lori Janine Clevenger (Doug Murray) of Murphysboro, IL and Jessi Watts of De Soto, IL; her siblings' children, Jessica Wagner (Josh) of Golconda, Chad Pearson (Brenda) of Bowling Green, KY, Keri Kaune (Randy) of Hendersonville, TN, Tonya Caplinger of Murphysboro, Christopher Caplinger of Vergennes and Susan Casper of Indianola, IA; and her great-nieces, Piper, Haddy and Cora Wagner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorials be made to Pate Chapel Baptist Church.
