With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ellen Chaney (Murphysboro, Illinois), who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvia Hardman and Noble Hardman. She is survived by : her husband U. S. Marine LeRoy Chaney; and her children, Mickey Adams (John), Carla Chaney, Lon Chaney, Jo Ann Haynes (Bob) and Jill O'Callaghan (Scott). She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
