He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bitner and Gladys Bitner (Imhoff); and his siblings, Donald Bitner and Ruth Ann Richards. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Oetjen; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Oetjen (Shirley) and Ruthie Graff (Curt).
