It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline (Callais) Miller of Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Callais and Ella Callais (Meininger); her husband Ernest O. Miller; and her siblings, George Junior Callais, Charles Callais and Dorothy LePere.
She is survived by : her children, Ernie E. Miller (Mary Hasler Miller) of Salem, Joyce A. Miller Behr (David Behr) of Bellevue, NE, Mark E. Miller of Owensboro, KY and Larry J. Miller (Diane Funk Miller) of Elkville; her brother Lamoine Callais (Judy) of Murphysboro; and her sister-in-law Ethel Mae Huffman of Murphysboro. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
