Though Sandra has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Feagins and Leola Feagins (Hoen); and her brother-in-law Bob Stoelzle. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Carroll; her sister LaDonna Stoelzle; and her sibling's children, Rob Stoelzle and Jennifer Martinez. She is also survived by her husband; three step-children; eight step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
