With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clyde Raymond Mitchell of Murrayville, Illinois, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles L. Mitchell and Dorothy Schaaf Mitchell; and his brothers, Charles, George, Tom and Lamont Mitchell.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra Lynn DeWitt; his children, Raymond, Richard Mitchell (late Penny) of Murrayville and Patricia Whiting (Doug) of Murrayville; his grandchildren, Rachel, Sarah, Elizabeth, Anna, Adam, David, Samantha, Brian and Krystal; and his sister Reba Witwer of Winchester. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
