She is survived by: her children, Jack Phillips (Kristine), Gail Dunham (Lawrence), David Phillips (Rebecca), Susan Dudasik, Randall Phillips (late Deborah) and Kathryn Mensing (Scott); her grandchildren, Daniel Phillips, Neil Dunham, Matthew Dunham, Michelle Cook (Brian), Michael Phillips, Caroline Phillips, Christopher Dudasik (Diana), Stephanie Thomas (Dallas), Mark Dudasik (Lauren), Eric Phillips, Nicole Phillips, Ryan Phillips and Emily Mensing; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Madelyn, Ashley, Avery, Samantha, Alexandra, Theo, Serena, Henry and Vera.
