We are sad to announce that, on October 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Albert F. DeGeeter (Naperville, Illinois), born in Aurora, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence DeGeeter and Johanna DeGeeter; his son Ed DeGeeter; and his brothers, Dean, Dale, Darrell and Robert DeGeeter.
He is survived by: his wife Margo A. DeGeeter; his children, Ken DeGeeter (Melissa) of Aurora and Beth DeGeeter of Naperville; his grandson Simon M. DeGeeter; and his fur grandpup Oreo.
Most notably, he remained an active member of the Naperville Jaycees since the late 1960's, served as President from 1970- 1971, and became an annual staple in Naperville's Labor Day Parade where you could find him in his patriotic shorts holding a donation bucket and talking to everyone along the parade route.
