He is survived by: his spouse Daryl Lynne Etzbach; his sons, David Etzbach (Elizabeth), Paul Etzbach (Marilyn) and Mark Etzbach (Leah); his grandchildren, Parker, Reid, Austin, Cecile, Sebastian, August and Mark Edward; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Doris (Carole) and Orelle Pinto (Larry).
