She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenico Ferrari and Mary Ferrari (Colo); her husband Mike Akulow Sr. of Royalton; and her brother Robert Ferrari. She is survived by: her children, Mike Akulow, Jr. (Jean) of Topeka, KS and Merri Melin (Keith) of Batavia, IL.; her grandsons, Jayson Melin (Amy) of Deer Park, IL, Scott Melin (Jill) of Grand Rapids, MI and Craig Melin of North Aurora, IL.; her great grandchildren, Jaycob, Adeline, Evelyn Melin, Zachary, Audrey Melin, Caden and Cole Melin; her cousins, Nancy Compton, Louis Kalert (Mae), Ben Kalert, Cheryl Ross (Ron), Gerrie Biscontini, Marlene Wood (Wendell) and Michael Colo (MaryAlice); and her nieces and nephews, Gayle Brandon (Dennis), Patricia Janszky (Andrew), Carol Ferrari and Keith Ferrari (Kim).
