It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony I. Klotka of Naperville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoni Klotka and Ewa. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his sons, Mark A. Klotka (Akemi), Anthony M. Klotka and Michael Klotka; his grandson Michael John Klotka; and his sister Christine (Pajak).
