She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmore Lewis and Helen Mae Irwin (Fowlie); her siblings, Elmore Lewis, Jr., Donald, Charles Irwin and Gladys Munks (Floyd Albert Thompson); and her son Jay Randall Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Thompson; her children, Richard of Chicago and Nancy Frydrychowski-Thompson (Ken) of Naperville; her grandchildren, Myra and Brad Thompson (Margaret Jodlowski); and her sister-in-law Verna Irwin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
