He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his parents, Marion and Martin; and his brothers, Norman, Patrick, Billy and Terry.

He is survived by: his children, Kim (Dave), Josh (Dani) and Courtney (Omar); his siblings, Marty (Sue), Greg (Linda), Peggy and Jerry; and his grandchildren, Addison, Jackson, Sean Patrick, Abraham and Irie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

“To the Jayne family. We are so sor.ry for your loss and we will all miss Bernie forever. He was a big part of our family for a long time. He was present and helped us enjoy many good times together and held us up when we lost Monga, whom he was so fond of and helped in many ways. We are unable to attend his celebration of life tomorrow due to ongoing colds etc, but we will be thinking of all of you as I'm sure my sister Mary Konczal will be as well.
