He was predeceased by: his parents, Fran McLaughlin and Jim McLaughlin; his siblings, Jim McLaughlin and Eileen McLaughlin; and his granddaughter Lucy Aubuchon.

He is survived by: his friend Bob; his grandchildren, Finn and Beatrice; his wife Nancy Mullin; his children, Clare Henderson (Mattie), Ellen Aubuchon (Paul) and Conor McLaughlin (Cassie Caccavallo); his siblings, Kathy O'Donnell, Tom McLaughlin (Fran), Jerry McLaughlin, Mary McLaughlin (Colin Gibson) and Bud Tosti (Kit); his grandsons, Baxter, Jonas and Desmond Aubuchon; and his siblings, Finn and Beatrice Henderson.
