He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Noyes and Fredrick Noyes; and his siblings, Louise Elizabeth Noyes and Robert Paul Noyes. He is survived by: his wife Terry Noyes; his children, Michelle Millette (Mike) and James Noyes; and his granddaughter Brigid. He is also survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
