Charlotte was predeceased by: husband Charles Joseph "Charlie" Spurgeon; parents, Walter Warner and Helen Warner; siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Ridgway, Lois "Lou" Jones, Walter, Jack and Stephen Warner; and granddaughter Jenna Spurgeon.
Charlotte is survived by: children, Michele Gallione (Frank) and Mark Spurgeon (Pamela).
