He was predeceased by: his spouse So Yeon Kim; his daughter-in-law Susan Kim; and his parents, Jung Bae and Yong Won Kim. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Charles Kim (Michelle) of Naperville and Dr. Steven Kim (Claire) of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Theodore, Caroline, Sarah Kim, Alex and Ethan Kim.
