He is survived by: his mother Sandra Kinast; his stepparents, Robert Kinast and Eileen Sampanetti; his siblings, Alexandra Sampanetti, Anthony Kinast (Courtney), Jaclyn Wieser (Jeffrey) and Jason Pondel; his grandmothers, Patricia Sampanetti and Hedy Sterling; and his siblings' children, Ethan, Mason Kinast, Raven and Murphy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory - South Naperville (24021 Royal Worlington Dr, Naperville, IL 60564). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 5:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in Daniel's memory.
