He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jo Jelinek; his children, Kelly Meredith (Charles) and Dan Jelinek (Ellen); his grandchildren, Melissa Salmon (Mike), Nathan Blake, Nicholas and Alex Jelinek; his great grandchild Hudson Salmon; and his siblings, Jacque Crawford (Mike) and Jim Jelinek (Carin).
