It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of DDS H. Jay Sandercock of Naperville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J Sandercock and Olive Sandercock; his wife Nancy Sandercock; his brothers, Donald and Robert Sandercock; and his daughter-in-law Cathy Sandercock.

He is survived by: his sons, Ross Sandercock (Jill), Bob Sandercock (Daniel) and Mark Sandercock (Shannon); his grandson Michael Sandercock (Bridget); and his great grandchildren, Colin and Conor.
