Don Slaby Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Don Slaby of Naperville, Illinois, born in Smith Center, Kansas, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Slaby and Mabel Slaby (Miller); and his siblings, Vyrnon and Darla. He is survived by: his children, Mark, Dana, Taylor, Jackson, Scott, Michelle, Jonathan and Naomi; his brother Bryce; and his wife Barbara Kaveney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many Slaby and Miller cousins.

Given the current COVID-19 restrictions on ceremonies, we will be having a private burial with immediate family and we will be planning a remembrance at a later date when we can gather safely to celebrate Don's life.
