He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williamson and Pauline Williamson (Smith); his daughter Carlina Kinchelow; and his siblings, Diane Williamson and James Williamson Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L; and his children, Dorothy Hunter (Reginald), Ya Landa Kinchelow (Jovyta Esaw), Brother Edward Williamson (Marilyn) and Sister Betty Harris (Nina Garry) of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
