With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Donald Johnson (Naperville, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Douglas farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Douglas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Johnson and Barbara Johnson of Highland, Indiana.; his brother Greg Johnson (Jennifer); his wife Cynthia Cox of Highland; and his pet Poppy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:20 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory - South Naperville (24021 Royal Worlington Dr, Naperville, IL 60564).
