Koutny; his mother Helen Zednick-Koutny; his siblings, Dorothy Wappel (late Louis), Lorraine Wolfenberger (late Frank), George Koutny and Richard Zednick (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Gallagher, Thomas Gallagher (late Joyce), Edna Stupar and Lorraine Albrecht.
He is survived by: his child Tracy L. Eisemon of Naperville; his brother-in-law Dr. Kenneth Albrecht (Lizbeth); and his sons, Brongiel, Corra and Weil Plumbing. He is also survived by his daughter, family and friends.
